Since we first launched our loyalty redemption solutions, Pit Stop has not stopped looking for new ways to be innovative. Our Australian-based technology development team are continually building new services and functions into our suite of customised end-to-end loyalty solutions.

We are extremely excited to launch our newest product which has already received an overwhelmingly positive response from our existing customers – Pit Stop's Concierge.

The Concierge tablet is something the hospitality sector has not seen before in the loyalty redemption space. It is a culmination of everything we currently offer our customers AND much more, in addition to it being smaller and portable.

The Concierge can be taken anywhere in a venue where there is internet access. This gives venues the opportunity to offer personalised service to members and patrons.

The Concierge allows venues to:

  • Activate physical and digital gift cards in real-time
  • Purchase prepaid mobile & internet credit
  • Add loyalty points to a member's account in real-time
  • Check the balance of a member's loyalty points
  • Check the balance of an activated Woolworths Group gift card
  • Access Pit Stop's Rewards Store so members can purchase from a range of homewares and gifts
  • Sign up members on the spot

It has the ability to take payment in the form of a member's loyalty points and/or credit card - so any patron in a venue can access the range of benefits.

Whether it is the ease of adding loyalty points to a membership card in real-time, or the efficiency of activating cards during raffles and giveaways, there's no shortage of benefits that the Concierge can add to any venue's loyalty program.

The range of functions doesn't end there - we are currently developing some added extras such as interactive games where members can win prizes on the spot.
