The most efficient way to get in touch with Pit Stop's Support Team is by using the Support form or emailing support@pitstoprecharge.com with as much information about the issue as possible. You can also call our dedicated phone line - 0429 936 804. Outside of business hours, this number remains the same, however you will be directed to an SMS call back service.

    (1) Ask how long ago the transaction took place, as only the last 10 will be visible.
    (2) Make sure you have the duty manager’s swipe card handy.
    (3) Press the manager icon on the bottom right corner of touch screen.
    (4) Swipe the duty manager's card.
    (5) Press 're-print receipt' and select the transaction type.

The last 10 transactions will appear.If the desired transaction is not listed, please contact us using the Support form or emailing support@pitstoprecharge.com

The most common reason is that the phone was placed in the incorrect locker, for example, a locker that was previously left open and not the one assigned on the receipt. Other reasons could include:

    (1) The phone cover interfered with a good cable connection
    (2) The phone/battery is old and the battery capacity is depleted
    (3) The phone had ample charge to start with

Duty managers can offer customers a free recharge in the event of an unsuccessful charge. Select the 'Manager' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, swipe the duty manager's card, and then select 'Free Recharge'.

In most instances, an activated card is ready to use immediately. On the rare occasion, a gift card may take 24 hours to activate. This may be due to a card supplier outage or communication error. If a member states their gift card is not working, first check that 24 hours has passed.

Pit Stop's system automatically checks for unsuccessful transactions every 10 minutes. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction involving loyalty points, these will be automatically returned to the customer’s membership card within 10 minutes.


Woolworths Gift Cards

Yes - venues are able to contact Woolworths directly to cancel a card and order a replacement card. We find it is more efficient for the venue to work directly with Woolworths when this issue arises. You can email giftcard@woolworths.com.au or call 1300 10 1234. Please ensure you have the gift card UPC (barcode) number and activation details handy.

No - unfortunately all gift card activations are final. However, WISH gift cards can be cancelled and replaced by contacting Woolworths directly. Please see question above.

Balances of Woolworths WISH gift cards can be checked at any Pit Stop Terminal, if the gift card has been activated at a Pit Stop Terminal or Activ8, or if it has been purchased through Pit Stop's Bulk Activate service. Yes - these gift cards can be used at any co-branded Woolworths Caltex Petrol Stations. Use this store locator to find your nearest Caltex Woolworths co-branded outlet: https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au/giftCardApp#/where-to-spend

You can order boxes of Woolworths WISH gift cards at www.pitstoprecharge.com by logging in using your email and password. Click Gift Cards / Paper Stock and then Replenishment. Remember that when adding in the quantity of boxes that 1 box equals 400 cards.


Other Gift Cards

Blackhawk Network supplies a range of gift cards across a range of different brands and retailers. These include, but are not limited to, EFTPOS, Only1 VISA, JB Hi-Fi, Myer, David Jones, Event Cinemas and many more.

You will receive a delivery of Blackhawk gift cards every 3-4 weeks. The gift cards are part of an auto-replenishment system where you will only be delivered cards that you need. In the lead up to busy periods or in preparation for promotions, you can place orders for extra stock by contacting us.
